REPAIRS & RETURNS
Refund requests will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Request a refund within 14 days of receipt of product.
I guarantee all of my work for 30 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced.
Custom work on all sales are final.
You may cancel your order prior to shipment.

SHIPPING
Pre-made jewelry orders are mailed within 3-5 working business days. When duplicating an item or multiples of an item ship within 5-7 days.
If there is a due date, please let me know when placing the order.
If you need your order faster, you can purchase RUSH delivery when you order, and it will ship within 7 days of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern Tim (11pm Pacific Time) will be shipped the same day. This applies to pre-made items only. When you place an order for custom made items, you will receive an email detailing the situation. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm Eastern Time Saturday, or Sunday, will ship on Monday.
Orders over $100.00 qualifies for FREE shipping to the US. You must select Priority Mail option in the checkout process to take advantage of this offer. Orders with free shipping are shipped using 1-3 day Priority mail.
Shipping to the United States I use FedEx and the Postal Service to ship orders to the United States. Shipping rates are listed below:
Priority Mail (takes 1-3 days) Free with orders over $100; otherwise $4.95
FedEx 3-day: $9.95
FedEx 2-day: $16.95
FedEx Overnight: $26.95
